PARANET is a high strength and durable mesh of PARAFIL™ rope used on both simple and complex roof structures as a permanent solution for buildings that are susceptible to storm damage.

PARAFIL™ ropes consist of a core of closely packed high strength synthetic fibres, lying parallel to each other, encased in a tough and durable polymeric sheath. This parallel fibre structure and tough polymeric sheath ensures a combination of outstanding properties.

Many roofs to commercial buildings are clad either in tiles or man-made slates which have been designed to wind loadings that do not meet modern day design requirements. The wind loading and the consequent recommended fixing methods could be underestimated by as much as 50%.
